Exchange is subject to the availability of stock. Our exchange policy specifically pertains to products that demonstrate inconsistencies in sizing or defects.
Requests for exchanges must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
To initiate an exchange, please reach out to our customer service team at customercare@revanzo.co with the following details: your order ID, the size purchased, and the size requested for exchange.
All exchanges will be subject to a thorough quality inspection conducted by our team. We retain the right to refuse an exchange if:
- The product(s) have been used or show signs of wear.
- The products are damaged or defective.
You will receive Gift Card or exchange once we have received the product and is inspected by our team. This process takes up to 5-7 business days.
